The Prescott Public Library has upgraded it's wireless networking infrastructure with new 802.11n capable access points. While allowing access to the fastest and most robust wireless standard to date, the new access points also remain compatible with the existing 802.11 a/b and g standards.
So, if you have a new laptop and want to use the new 802.11n standard the Prescott Public Library is ready for you! Just make sure you have your library card and PIN before connecting to the wireless network. If you are a guest and do not have a library card someone at the "Ask A Librarian" desk will be more than happy to supply you with a guest pass. |
