Difficulty accessing databases from home? |

If you access library databases from home through a service called Remote Patron Authentication (RPA) you may have problems.
After our server upgrade some instabilities were created in one of our servers. The server in question handles authentication for accessing vendor-supplied databases (such as EbscoHost, Consumer Reports, HeritageQuest, etc.). We are working with the vendor to resolve these problems and we will hopefully have them cleared up shortly. Until then if you notice that your favorite database is inaccessible please let us know at
